The KenGen Foundation joined other East Africa philanthropic organization from Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda in calling for stronger collaborations and partnerships during the 5th<\/sup> East Africa Philanthropy Conference held at Crowne Plaza, Nairobi from 15 to 16 November.<\/p>\n During his opening speech, industrialist – philanthropist, and Chairman of the Chandaria Foundation, Dr. Manu Chandaria emphasized that \u201cto bring change, we have to bring together like-minded people, and start small\u201d, reflecting this year\u2019s theme aptly titled \u201cPhilanthropy Collaborations; Pulling Together for Better\u201d.<\/p>\n
