“We thank you for subscribing to the Giver Initiative”, said Mike to the Nairobi Givers. “We will soon roll out several activities that you can be involved in that touch on our three pillars of environment, education, water and sanitation. Rest assured, our engagement with you has just started, and you should be ready to give your time, skills, and energy to some of our projects very soon”, he added, noting that some Givers were already involved in the Foundation’s Annual Mentorship Program.

The Giver Initiative is part of KenGen’s commitment to being a responsible corporate citizen while at the same time adding value to livelihoods.

The Foundation wishes to thank all those who have signed up, and is urging those interested in making a difference to sign up through their area’s HR office.

The Foundation teams are holding similar ceremonies in all areas in the next 3 weeks.
